After Ordinance on waste management came into force in February this year, and legal obligation of primary selection of waste started in July, we asked the Minister of Environmental Protection Mihael Zmajlović to comment on initial implementation of primary selection of waste. Two months later, we wanted to see what the situation on the field is, and what have local authorities managed so far, whether they complied with their task, what are the reactions of citizens, and that are the problems they faced or are facing.
