AGFA: Amigo TS plates use laser power for melting exceptionally tiny thermoplastic elements on the surface coat of the plate. Upon highlighting the thermoplastic particles absorb the thermal energy and melt, merge with one another and finally form hard areas that firmly adhere to the aluminum base. The areas that were not highlighted remain in their starting state and are simply removed from the plate by rinsing.
