Traceability Manual

This manual is designed for companies which manufacture and/or use packaging for food products and is a source of relevant information for setting up a thorough traceability system, from source to the final user - consumer.

The issues of consumer protection, namely food safety, motivated the EU to issue a series of Directives and Regulations. Such legislative framework introduced the liability to set up a traceability system, which enables to quickly detect and identify all links in the supply chain.
