Students Creative Workshop CROPAK

There are numerous student workshops with re/design as a topic, but only CROPAK, Student Creative Workshop put a creative assignment in the framework of re/design of a sponsor's trade mark packaging and the whole project was launched seven years ago. The main goal of the Workshop is to:

  • achieve a synergy between professional designers, educational institutions and economy
  • stimulate the creativity of students from higher education institutions
  • as soon as possible introduce future professionals to the processes of re/designing of sponsor's trade mark packaging


INSTITUTIONS

Under the patronage of the Universities of Zagreb, Rijeka and Split, 448 students and their mentors from five different higher education institutions participated in the Workshops for the last seven years. The institutions are the following:

  • Agora – College of market communication, Zagreb
  • Academy of Applied Arts, University of Rijeka
  • Faculty of Architecture, School of Design, University of Zagreb
  • Faculty of Graphic Arts, University of Zagreb
  • Academy of Arts, University of Split

...and in 2013, the Workshop became regional by being under the patronage of another institution:

  • Academy of Arts, Banja Luka
